Job Description

  • Manage Finance, Accounts and Store Operations
  • Manage banking and insurance related transactions
  • Assist other departments to achieve overall business objectives
  • Provide support in procurement and supply chain functions
  • Deal with internal audit, statutory audit, government inspections, and tax assessments
  • Ensure accurate costings of import materials and manufactured products
  • Prepare periodic Budgets, Targets, MIS Reports, Financial Statements and monitor performance
  • Optimize cash flow management, capital allocation, and capital structure decisions.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks
  • Take part in overall business planning and operational decisions

Job Specification

  • Chartered Accountant with 5+ Years of Post Qualification Experience
  • Extensive experience in overseeing finance and accounting operations of a Trading/Manufacturing Companies, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the executive team and stakeholders.
  • Sound decision-making skills and the ability to handle complex financial situations.
  • Experience in negotiating and managing banking and insurance relationships.
