- Manage Finance, Accounts and Store Operations
- Manage banking and insurance related transactions
- Assist other departments to achieve overall business objectives
- Provide support in procurement and supply chain functions
- Deal with internal audit, statutory audit, government inspections, and tax assessments
- Ensure accurate costings of import materials and manufactured products
- Prepare periodic Budgets, Targets, MIS Reports, Financial Statements and monitor performance
- Optimize cash flow management, capital allocation, and capital structure decisions.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks
- Take part in overall business planning and operational decisions
Job Specification
- Chartered Accountant with 5+ Years of Post Qualification Experience
- Extensive experience in overseeing finance and accounting operations of a Trading/Manufacturing Companies, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the executive team and stakeholders.
- Sound decision-making skills and the ability to handle complex financial situations.
- Experience in negotiating and managing banking and insurance relationships.
